History
The North Carolina Railroad is largely responsible for the founding of Cary in the mid-1850s. Farmer Allison Francis "Frank" Page and his wife Kate bought 300 acres. They began developing the town and named it Cary, after Samuel Fenton Cary. The local post office was established in 1856 and Page was the postmaster. He also was the town's first mayor.

The Koka Booth Amphitheatre is an outdoor concert venues that hosts concerts and events.
Spring Daze Arts and Crafts Festival takes place every April.
Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts Festival happens in August.
Combining forces with the Apex office, these two offices will hold a donation drive November 1st through the 12th to benefit Pawfect Match Rescue Rehabilitation in Holly Springs. In addition, they will donate $500 of corporate funds to the local organization.
To partake in their food drive, you may drop off any of items listed below to the Apex or Cary office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
